Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire

This project involved the demolition of the existing, small detached house and a replacement, detached dwelling for a local developer. The new house is approx. 5,700 sqft over three floors and is located in one of Gerrards Cross’ premier roads. The house has a mixture of open plan and formal living spaces to the ground floor, four large bedrooms at first floor including a Master Suite with balcony, and a further bedroom and games room on the second floor. The site has been completely remodelled to offer terraced patio and garden making the most of the sloped site.
